2020 Gunmakers Hall Raffle Drawing Postponed to October 2

NMLRA Staff and Gunmakers’Hall Chairman Benjamin Quearry have decided to postpone the annual drawing until October 2nd. With the cancellation of the 2020 National Championships being canceled, we need a bit more time to plan the filming of the drawing so everyone can watch.

2020 NMLRA Membership Meeting

 

The NMLRA will be holding its annual Membership Meeting Sunday, September 13, at 6pm in the NMLRA Education Center in Friendship, Indiana.

Due to expected limited attendance, the proposed bylaw changes have been officially withdrawn and will not be voted on at this time.

The 2020 NMLRA Family Fun Shoot

The NMLRA Family Fun Shoot concluded Sunday, August 9, 2020 with great weather, old friends, and many happy competitors. With the cancellation of the NMLRA National matches due to COVID 19 related complications, NMLRA members have been itching to do some more shooting this summer.

Board of Directors Message July 2020

Petitions of candidates seeking a seat on the NMLRA Board of Directors will be presented to the NMLRA Board of Directors at its meeting during the National Championship Shoot.

Petitions must be received prior to 8:00 am, Sunday, September 13, 2020 for processing. All candidates must have a petition signed by not less than 25 NMLRA members in good standing with dues current as of October 1, 2020. If you need information on the nomination by petition, please contact Lora Parks in the Clubhouse.

We’re all living through some hardships right now, and the NMLRA isn’t immune. We wanted to share this short list of some ways you can help us continue our efforts to preserve American History through Muzzleloading and Traditional Craft Education , while receiving something in return.

NMLRA Camground closed due to Covid 19 Pandemic

In accordance with the Indiana State Department of Health, the NMLRA Campground at the Walter Cline Range in Friendship, Indiana will be officially closed at 11:59 p.m. on April 7, 2020.

ALL Public and Privately Operated Recreational Campgrounds must be closed.  The only exception is for camp sites within a private campground that are used as a primary residence.
