1st Annual American Longrifle Show

The Education Center on the grounds of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Association will be bustling on the weekend of July 24-25. The staff is pulling together a great show of artisans with their different items to browse and purchase. Below is a list of the vendors and items that will be here to look at and some for purchase.

Wayne Estes - Flintlock Rifles, knives and leather goods and accoutrements.
Dale Nincehelser - Deep Creek Longrifles - Reproduction firearms with a focus on Spanish colonial weapons.
Jim Destephano - Tanned furs and deer hides.
Jim Chambers - Jim Chambers Flintlocks - Locks, rifle kits, and finished rifles.
Donald Anthony - Thru the Centuries Traders - Strikers, knives, buckskin, possibles bags, bison splits, leatherworking tools, smudge sticks, and related accoutrements.
Randy Grunkemeyer - R G Gunsmithing - Custom rifles, fowlers, pistols, sights, and related items of the 18th and early 19th centuries.
Daniel Vogt - Brain-tanned deer and elk skins both of which are smoked. Dried deer rawhides. Could also have musket cartridges, shooting bags, and pouches.
Jonathan Yellowbear - Display of muzzleloaders that he has built over the years. Will include Matchlock, Snaphunce, Wilson Trade Gun, Jaeger Rifle and Pistol, and a Hawken rifle.
Jim Fairchild - Spring Valley Lodges - Canvas Tents and related items.
Greg S. Murry - Crockett Long Rifles - Display only of the original Samuel and Andrew Crockett Rifle. The documentary photo book of the Crockett Long Rifle Project. Taking orders for the reproduction Crockett Rifle.
Robert Woodfill - The Hawken Rifle - Its Evolution from 1822-1870 Book for sale and will display 2 Hawken Rifles.
Melvin Rowe - Leather possible bags, priming flasks, leather shot bags with carved stoppers, hard leather shot flasks, patch knives, and pistol loading stands.
Tim Starr - Handmade baskets in all different sizes and 3 or 4 different styles. Will also have a couple flintlocks to show.
Gerry Messmer - Powder Horns and More - Powder horns, polished horns, and horn-making parts.
Henry Albrecht - leather, leather clothes, and leather bags.
Elijah Froedge - Longhunter knives, forged axes, hunting bags, guns, powder measure, accoutrements that flow with pre-1800 long rifle and lifestyle.
Jerry Scales - Reproduction firearms, leather shot bags, and period clothing.
Nate Moore - Leather goods - hunting pouches and flint wallets.
Gary Nebel - Gary’s Gunsmith Shop - Clothing, leather, bags, and pouches.
Henry Bowman - Artisan-made powderhorns based upon original artifacts.

The event will be held in the Education Center on the NMLRA grounds. And open for customers on Saturday, July 24, 8 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, July 25, 8 am to 4 pm.
