Shooting the New York Territorial
The Old Saratoga Muzzleloading Club was chartered by the NMLRA in 1949. In 2024 we celebrated our 75th year of black powder shooting.
OSMLC is located in historic Saratoga County, New York, 4 miles from the Saratoga National Historical Park. With the Revolutionary War history breathing all around us, we offer black powder shooting events year-round. Visit the Events page to view our shooting events calendar.
We have a 400' covered firing range, a campground with electrical hookups, a clubhouse with indoor bathrooms, a cookshack, and showers. The shoot schedule for our Spring and Fall Shoots offers 50+ matches, including but not limited to, caplock and flintlock rifles and pistols, muskets, black powder cartridge rifles, bench guns, youth matches, ladies matches, and limited primitive matches.
OSMLC is a Charter Club of the National Muzzle Loading Rifle Assn and has hosted the NY NMLRA Territorial Matches for over 25 years. Visit the Events page for information on the Territorial Championships.
